Terms of Service.

These terms govern the use of WIBA, a business messaging platform operated by WIT. Indonesia. By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

WIBA provides a dashboard for managing WhatsApp business messaging: a shared team inbox, automated replies, contact management, and template-based campaigns, built on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Message delivery depends on Meta's platform and is subject to Meta's own terms and policies.

Acceptable use

  • You may only send marketing messages to people who gave you their consent, and you must honor opt-out requests promptly.
  • You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable laws, including Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law.
  • Spam, harassment, deception, and prohibited content (as defined by Meta's Commerce and Business policies) are not allowed and lead to suspension.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for activity in your workspace, for keeping credentials safe, and for the content of messages your team and automations send. Data you bring into WIBA (contacts, conversations) remains yours.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the preceding three months.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request workspace deletion at any time. We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms or put the platform's integrity at risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
