Data Deletion.

You can have your data removed from WIBA at any time. Two situations apply.

You run a business workspace on WIBA

Email business@wit.id from the owner account's email address with the subject "Delete workspace". We will permanently delete the workspace and all associated data (users, contacts, conversations, messages, templates, campaign history, and API keys) within 30 days, and confirm once done.

You are a customer of a business that uses WIBA

Your conversation data belongs to the business you contacted. Ask that business to delete your data; they can remove your contact record and conversation history from their workspace. If you need help reaching them, email business@wit.id with the business name and the phone number you contacted, and we will assist.

What deletion covers

• Contact records, conversation and message history, and consent records.
• Account data of workspace users.
• Copies held by Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform are governed by Meta's own retention policies.
